OPTEX CO., LTD. develops, manufactures and sells secutiry sensors and automatic door sensors that are used mainly by security companies for protecting residences, buildings, important facilities, etc.
OPTEX FA CO., LTD. manufactures and sells sensors that are used to automated factory production lines.
CCS INC. develops, manufactures and sells LED lights that are used for image inspections of quality inspection lines in factories.

The Optex Group has positioned returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management initiatives, and has provided dividends according to the basic dividend policy of stable dividends and a dividend payout ratio of 30%. Since 2013, the Group has increased the dividend per share by 5 yen per share every year, and plans to pay an annual dividend of 50 yen per share for fiscal 2017.
